Remember Air in Exhaust out..........

If you get the HKS exhaust you'll only realize it's potential if you add a 5/16"
spacer (MotorDyne) and the intake/Z-tube combo. You can do the cats at
a later time but the above mentioned mods will make a major difference in how
well you G moves/sounds. Unless you live in Florida removing/replacing the
cats is illegal....if you care!

Yes, definitely opt for a MD plenum spacer and/or Z tube combo of some sort. Have fun and enjoy!

Edit: Actually, what model year is your G and does it come equipped with the 6MT?

You guys think adding a 5/16 makes that much of a difference to a HKS exhaust, and why?

It just sounds better then anything :P

Okay then, for starters, you might opt for either the Motordyne 5/16" or 1/2" plenum spacer in combination with either a Z tube complimented with either a drop-in filter or a JWT popcharger. I like the Stillen Hi-Flow Air Box option, but it will cost you a bit more.

Btw . . . You will absolutely love the HKS Hi-Power Ti exhaust, if you end up getting it.

Here's the link to MD for ya.
