DC vs. STRUP HEADERS

hey guys i was just cruisin round the forums and noticed a deal that partshippers are doing...

anyways i have been thinking bout gettin DC sport headers for my 06 6mt coupe b/c i heard they work very well with HKS exhaust wich i have..

so i wanted to hear it from you guys is DC sport headers really that much better than Strup headers? please chime in!


O and btw the deal partshippers is doin is strup header and test pipes $592

for dc headers i can get for $692

I paid $495 just for my Strup headers when I got them about 10 months ago ! The labor is what kills you . Sounds like good price to me . What type of test pipes are they ?

I like really them . I wanted to get those strup test pipes but test pipes
are test pipes . Those strup test pipes look really sick ! Everybody that hears my car likes them to .

oh my bad, i meant i was really impressed with how it sound when i first heard it. i got them from partshipper too! talk to a sponsor on the forum, i think he might be able to give you a deal.

Strup and DC Sports headers both have the same tubular design. The founder of Strup actually used to work for DC sports before branching off and doing his own thing.

The only difference i've seen between the Strup and DC sports is that they deburr the collector smooth on the inside on the DC headers. I believe I read somewhere else that they do the same for the Top Speed headers as well.
