MREV 2 vs. Motordyne 1/2 vs Kinetix Manifold

OK, so whats the difference. There are big price differences between them but they all look like the net the same.

I know you can use the MREV2 and the 1/2 spacer together.

I like the looks of the kinextix manifold, but it's almost double the MREV2 and Spacer, so I am trying to figure out if its worth it.
