They're fine.

If you are NA you are going to get some rasp from them.

Random side question about test pipes, are there different models with the coupe and sedans, or will they all fit?

I have heard that the resonated testpipes will cut down some of the rasp, is this true?

It will cut down some of the rasp.

Any TP's for the coupe will also fit the sedan.

The best way to get rid of all rasp and give your car a nice deep sound is test pipes and twin turbos. I was amazed at how good my car sounds with test pipes when it has two turbos right there to smooth the air flow.
