Vlad, you finally made the jump. 
So how'd you like the smell of my test pipes after trailing me for a few miles on the highway?
I didn't know it was that bad until later that day, I asked my brother to drive it down the street as I follow from behind. Anything more than 20% throttle and the smell gets very obvious. Anything more than 50% throttle and you can literally taste the fumes
. We just have to be smart about how and where we do our spirited driving. Letting a cop tail you for more than a minute is a definateny no-no. Even with light throttle, after a minute, the fumes can get anyone nauseous.
As far as rasp, it all depends on the combination of the exhaust you pair it with. With my particular exhaust, I got virtually no rasp and my tone got significantly deeper and much louder.
Also, regarding the hizzing sounds as the revs come down, its all normal. First time I heard it I became somewhat paranoid of it being a leak until I did more research and inspected the gasket area of the test pipes. It almost sounds as it we have some sort of BOV/BPV as we let off of our throttle and let the revs climb down
Get it tuned and im sure you'll see the gains you wanted.
