Blitz makes an intake and rear exhaust. But the rear exhaust makes you lose low end torque. K&N is testing and developing a intake system. G35Spot, you can check with him.

Re: Intakes for a 2003 G35?

I've looked into the Blitz product line, and the stainless air filter for their intake kit allows far too many contaminants to pass through it.

The K&N kit should make at least the same horsepower, if not more, But it has the high quality K&N filter that has been proven to keep your engine clean....

No matter how much I want more power, I will wait for the K&N intake kit.

For the time being, I have installed the K&N stock replacement filter. It pops right into the stock airbox, and allows for better air intake, while keeping the nasties out of your engine......

I offer them below the $60. retail, at $43.00

i really do believe that the stock intake system is designed really well. not quiet ram air.. but almost there. i just replaced my stock filter to K&N.. can't really feel any difference but im sure the gains are there.

You're right: very marginal gains. They figure a few ponies, and that's at wide open throttle. Better than nothing but not 'noticable'. More than anything else I believe you're getting better filtration. worth the expense IMO. Gsedanman Garnet Fire Sedan (with K/N)

There is an AEM intake. I have the version 2 AEM intake.
The intake sounds great. The engine sounds beautiful after 5 thousand rpms.
Ive been having one problemt. When i push in the clutch when comming to a stop, my car stalls.
