Just got my Nismo/Fujitsubo Y-Pipe. Got it from a private seller for $300.

Also got my battery cover for the driver side from Yuichi (strictlyz.com)

I have the pop-charger/z-tube and Fujitsubo exhaust on order. Hopefully will be able to install everything next weekend. Will try to take the time to take more pics and vids.

If ANYONE wants to contribute money to get my car dyno'd, PM me. Need a baseline and then post installation of exhaust, y-pipe, and intake Any vendors wanna hook me up

those tips on the exhaust look the best out of any system IMO.. can't wait to see your car when you get everything installed..

Because he got a "I can't walk away from this deal" price on that Y-pipe on my350z.com. Yeah I'll argue that the Jic part is even better, but a good deal on a good part isn't something to ponder, IMO. Especially since he's going to install a system down stream that will make use of it's 80mm collector diameter.

drsifu1, congrats on the mod status. If you'd like a helping hand next week end on your install, I'd be happy to lend a hand. I'd love to see that Y-pipe in person and I can bring my dremel to clean up any flanges or welding flash. Just let me know.

thanks for the offer Jim, but I don't yet have the details on the install. the exhaust may or may not come in this weekend.

my friend is in the armed forces and I guess there is a base out in fairfield or fremont (can't remember) that rents out a lift for like $10 for 3 hours. it would make the job a lot quicker.

but in either case, I got a friend out in San Leandro who said he'd give me a hand.

and you are right about my reasons for getting this Y-pipe. For $300, you can't pass it up. The $450 (JIC Y-Pipe) was too much. In theory, a better design, but I will use the $150 saved for the audio/video set-up savings account

and david, hopefully I'll have everything installed for the March 13th meet.
