Love the sound! Tonight some guys in a 94 Eldorado tried to race me at a light. I didn't even have to push the car at all. I just drove normally (still ahead of course) and at the next light they were like dannng son that $hit sounds nice
lol. I love this exhaust.
Unfortunately I find it too loud for daily driving so now its for sale
If it were a few db quieter w/ the HFCs attached,I wouldn't sell it. Its got the perfect G sound in comparison to the stock exhaust sound that I also love as well.

I was really happy with my FI Intimidator exhaust and the resonated test pipes for about 20,000 miles.
Now the resonators sound like ****. They have a really "tinny" or "buzzing" sound. They sound like there is something rattling loose at a high pitch and at a high frequency.
Local exhaust shop inspected system and said there are no leaks or anything like that. He said my resonators have gone bad.
Too be honest, I don't know what that means. I don't know if they are only supposed to be good for a certain number of miles or not. I have contacted FI twice to see if this is something I can get repaired by sending them back or if I just need to buy new ones.
FI has not responded to me either way, so I am turning against doing business with them in the future, even though I love the exhaust.![Mad](https://g35driver.com/forums/images/smilies/mad.gif)
Does anybody her know what the service life is of the resonated test pipes?
Know what is going on inside the pipe that makes the sound?
Do all resonated test pipes wear out after a certain amount of miles?
I bought this system back in 2006 when it was just coming out. But they only have barely over 20000 miles.
