m45 exhaust on 07 g35 sedan?

alright ive been kicking round the idea of swapping out my exhaust on my 2007 g35x sedan to the one from the new M...does anybody know if this is doable or even worth attempting? i love the way hey look and i think almost anything will sound better than the exhaust that comes on the sedan stock...
