I was considering [airng a stillen air box with a z-tube.

Has anyone done this? Any performance results for just the air-box? I love the sound of the tube, but I've heard / read nothing about the air-box.

Advice? Stories? thanks in advance!

I have both and I love the sound. The Hi-flow supposedly adds about 10hp at around 5K rpm (?). You'll definitely feel the difference. Do a search this his been talked about a lot.

Before you purchase the Stillen, consider the JWT POPCharger. I love mine. A little more sound, a little more power, and less $. In an event do the "Z" tube.

Hey Dude !!

I have had that combo for a while. The nice thing about the Stillen is it's stock appearance over the Pop Charger. One thing when you install it, the bottom bolt under the filter it a PITA. If you peel back the wheel well trim to get at it, it is sooooo much easier to put in.

I ust ordered the tube and pop charger combo from everythingg35.com. After speaking to the guys at Scottdale Infiniti in Arizona, I decided to try to pop charger instead of the CAB.

Thanks for the advice! I'll post my install, performance experience when I get it tuesday.

I love the combo, I went with the Stillen for the stock look and I got it slightly used for a price break. The JWT is considerably cheaper with the same performance gains, but when you open the hood you see the big blue filter where the box was. Search the tech forum, they have been discussed tirelessly.

I got it all in. Install was incredibly easy and straight forward. All I can say is WOW! For the $220 I spent (delivered overnight) and the hour or so I spent installing it, it's a fantastic mod.
