350z Test Pipes on a G35 (Question)

My friend has a pair of test pipes he picked up for his 350z, which he is going to sell to me.

My question is, are the test pipes for the 350z different than the ones for the G35? or will these 350z test pipes fit on my G?

thanks in advance!
