Well.
What are the main differences in performance between the OEM Ztube and a $25 normal, cheap, CAI. Something likes this:

What If I use just the inkate tube with the G35 OEM filter?

if you just wanna use the tube from that ebay link, it's not going to fit...

do you see how short the g/z tubes are?

Yep. Do a recheck. the ebay tube is divided in 2 pieces. But thats not the point. Lets think that I use the all super $25 kit. Also the filter can be replaced for a better one. What will be the differences in performance?

Stock with z-tube. Cold air intakes have been shown to lose power on VQ engines

OK. Lets me ask again. What about stock and any other tube that mimics the z-tube (a pieces of metal of plastic)

from what i searched before you can purchase an ebay intake and only use the tube as a replacement of the ztube

I was going to go that route but i wanted my engine bay to look stock

Neither piece of the linked intake look like they will fit... long piece is too long (and s curves are not accurate), short piece is too short... and together it would be a waste.

I would suggest OEM or Stillen.... and extra $50-$75 is worth it (IMO)

metal of plastic?

metal will absorb heat.

plastic is...like the oem tubes.
