Which exhaust would you prefer?

Before I say anything, please understand that I did search these forums. I found plenty of nice threads, and plenty of videos on youtube, streetfire, etc. However, no one has asked the question I've been searching for, so I figured I would do it myself.

I absolutely love the sound of the G35 (and the 350Z) but I recently came from an S2000 that had no cats, exhaust, and a few other goodies that gave it a nice sound. For 6 months I've enjoyed saving my money and keeping the G stock, but now I would like to do something to it.

I had HKS pipes on my S2000 and I loved the sound of them. So naturally the Hi-Power system for this car was the first one that I looked into. But after a few videos, I can't decide between the HKS and the Greddy EVO2. I would really appreciate your opinions on this. Hopefully one or a few of you have one of these exhaust systems. I don't particularly care which one is louder as I will be deleting the cats either way. Thanks!

Matt

between those two, definitely HKS... i think your choice would be much easier if you heard both exhausts in person.

but since your are going to run cat delete/test pipes, the sound will change significantly for both exhausts... although i still think hks would sound better

I hear the Greddy is a lot cheaper though.

hks is pricey, probably more so than the greddy by about $400 so you'll need to listen to both and decide if the difference is worth it to you. hks also looks better too..
