noise from intake..

so i know ive posted about my pss noise in a couple posts, but i forgot to mention my friend helped me install my AEM intake, and he took off the throttle body and put it back on, but he used a hand wrench and may not have tightened it all the way. Could this be making a "psss" noise when I accelerate? or is the noise caused by air flow being pulled in, or another loose part? thanks.

Its probably just the sound of the intake filter. Have you had an intake on any other car in the past?

Yea... that noise you hear is the sound of the filter sucking in air. Normal.

As for the filter, just get a new one. You bought the intake used, just get a new filter.
