Will Nismo rear section bolt right onto stock?

will nismo rear section(for 350z) bolt right on with stock exhaust??? my friend has a rear section only and I was wondering if it would bolt right on my G.... thanks.

My friend said he tried this with his FX and it didn't fit.

I'm going to wait for my extension before I try to install it.
