x pipe on the xo2?

i was just wondering if adding an x pipe instead of the h pipe on the xo2 exhaust would give it a bit of a deeper sound in the higher revs? if so which do you all think would be better a true x pipe like most mustang owners use? or a magnaflow x pipe like the people with the borla TD exhaust use? would the magnaflow x pipe hurt flow?

its always been my understanding that x-pipes are better flowing than h-pipes, due to cylinder firing you shouldnt have intersecting pulses but they do cross so in the end your left tail pipe should be the right side of engine and vis versa in a design like the Xo2
