is this a z tube?
I plan on coilovers, Once I hear more feadback about the few options for the X. The Z tubes seem to sell within minutes of being posted lol. I will most likely do the Stillen Z tube/intake, and hopefully a copper spacer at the same time.
Thanks for your help!

+1
I just got my z tube, I'm at work, and want to install it before I drive home(60 mile commute!) how long does it take? I printed the instructions you provided, but just wanna see it it's something I could do quickly, or if I should wait until this weekend, if I find time?
I also have a K&N on it's way, should I just wait and do it all at the same time?
Thanks for all your guys' help!

Be careful cleaning the Throttle body. I did mine and was constantly throwing an P0507 - Engine idle too high. The Idle Air Volume learn reset didn't work for me and had to bring it to the dealer for them to do it with the CONSULT II. They said my battery voltage dropped too low when the car was stored over the winter and the ECU got confused which is why it wouldn't take the new IAVL.
Its probably the lower part of the intake, what will go under the stock intake filter box. The G's have it too, i just didnt bother to remove it. I dont know if the G35 ones look like that, but its similar. That wont work for what you are trying to install ( Z-tube ) at least it doesnt seem like it....
