Fast Intentions customer service
just wanted everyone to know that Fast Intentions has the absolute best customer service.
Back in the fall of last year I bought the stainless steel resonated test pipes based on everyones review on how good they are. They were great, I got rid of the rasp that I used to have with non-resonated pipes. Unfortunately about a month ago I hear an exhaust leak and crawl under the car to take a look and find that one of the test pipes cracked at the weld on the resonator. The weld simply split right along it's lenght for over half the length. I'm like damn...these things were big bucks and now I gotta get them rewelded. At this point I'm hopeing that FI has a warranty on their products so I go online and check out the site and can't find anything about a warranty. As a last ditch effort before I go pay a local shop to reweld the pipe I send an email and a pic to FI to ask about warranty. I quickly get a reply that they'll send me a replacement. I ask them if they can send me the part and I'll swap it out and return the damaged one after since it's my daily driver and I need to use my car every day. A couple of weeks go by and I get another email that they haven't forgotten and will send one out as soon as they can. Today I get a UPS delivery with a new resonated test pipe. WOW!!! that is fricken awesome, they sent me a reapacement part without me even sending them the damaged part. I can't think of a single company that did that for me before, most places require to send the damaged one back for repair. Unbelieveable, FI has the best customer serice. I was a little shocked at their price since it's more then double the typical generic ebay stuff. But the quality of the craftsmanship and customer service is easily worth it.
For anyone considering FI, don't give it a second thought just get it. A big thanks goes out to Tony over at FI. You just made a new life long customer, anytime I'm in the market for exhaust products you're the first place I'm looking.
