Yes and No, you loose HP down low(low RPM range) to gain HP up top(high RPM range). most tuners will chime in and tell you that the loss down low does't justify the minimum gains up top, since you spend most of the time in ur car out of high RPM's. that's why most people end up goin' w/the short-ram setup, better response than CAI and similar(if not better) gains.
