Hello, I have had my z tube and jwt popcharger for some time now but have been hesitant to install it before my engine is broken in. Only about 400 miles on it now. Should I continue to wait or would it be safe to install it?

I'm not sure if you're gong to gain a lot of benefit at this point since you're doing a break-in on your car. Many of the benefits of sound, etc. come at over 3500 RPM and by installing it now, you risk running your engine harder than you may want, just to enjoy the install. Your choice though as it otherwise shouldn't hurt, but I know I'd have a hard time restraining myself.[img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img]

WAIT. The only real added benefit of this combo is about 5-8 rwhp at and above 5000 rpm (which I never was able to feel). Also the sound begins to come on around 3500-4000rpms, right when you're supposed to be shifting. The sound is so addictive you might as well forget about break in if you do this install before 1200 miles. I should know, I installed it at 950-ish miles on the odometer. WAIT!!!
