Put it on last night. We thought we had some fitment issues until we just tried bolting the entire thing together and tightening everything down and it worked. I remember someone posting about the sway bar and the drivetrain being problems, and I thought it would be too but tightening it all up solved the problem.

It is MUCH louder than I was expecting but I've come to love it already. Let's just say I won't be sneaking up on anyone ever again (and my gf hates it). The sound reminds me somewhat of the new 911 Twin Turbo exhaust but much louder (maybe because I was in one yesterday )

There is a noticeable difference in throttle response. The car also doesn't buck when decelerating like it used to (maybe b/c not as much back pressure?).

Bottom line is that for an exhaust bought off ebay for $400, this cannot be beat. I'm just crossing my fingers that I don't run into problems in the future (*rust*). I kept the stock exhaust just in case (which looks extremely restrictive. I thought Nissan would have done a better job).

I do have one question however, The left tip (looking from the back) rests on the exhaust cutout on the rear valence. Should I be worried about it melting? We couldn't get it to move away so I'd figured we'd just keep an eye on it and see how it went.

Thanks for reading fellas. I just fell in love with my car all over again. Maybe enough to treat it to a true high quality exhaust in the future. This will do for a broke college grad right now.

Other than that I really really love my X02 w/ test pipes.. It really does sound like a turbo but with out the hissing.

+++++1 i love my xo2, there is nth to worry when i scratch the bottom, cuz it is jsut a Xo2...wahhaha, feel a lot better than when i spent 2~3k on a exhaust, im like banging against the wall with my head~....

 

do yall use the silencers on the XO2?
