Funny Idle, re-learn, z-tube??

i took my car into the dealer today b/c my idle was running a bit high. dealer calls back and confirms and states that a re-learn will probably make everything smooth again.

i am still under warranty but they said b/c of my stillen intake and z-tube, that the re-learn would cost me $125. aren't these mods approved by the dealer?? hmmm

would the intake and z-tube affect the idle speed? i've had the mods forever w/o any problems.

anyway, the guy was super cool and said they would do the re-learn for free. oh, and they are also replacing my seat track for the SECOND time haha

well, i thought my dealer was mod friendly, too and this is the first time they've ever mentioned anything about it. at least they didn't charge me for it.
