Yea but that defies the law of economics. If the demand for them are low because they are old, then the price should drop to lure more buyers not increase, oh well I am finding some ridiculously low prices for Greddy Evo2 and may go with that despite the lower power gains.

i had 16.2mpg before i put on the hks, i filled up last night first time since i put it on and calculated that i got 12.83mpg, pushing it most of the time

Yes, this is on an 03 sedan. I can post pic's when I can get a chance to get back up on the lift.
I should be able to do a small video clip with sound next week. I have never done it, but the VW shop next to our shop, has, so it shouldn't be too hard I love the sound, it is quiet when cruising and when you get to @ 3,000+ rpms it really starts to sound fantastic!
It does drone a little when you are just slowly getting to a cruise speed or going up a hill, but not that bad in my opinion.
I do plan on putting on our headers soon with our own high flow cats, and I have a second 4" round resonator that I will probably incorporate into the mid-pipe to handle these next additions. Headers and HFC will definitely change the exhaust tone, and I want to keep to what I have now. If I have to, I will replace the rear muffler with something different, but hoping not to have to.
