There has probly been 234234823 threads on this in the past day. Our cars dont benefit very much from intakes, therefore it really doesnt matter as to which one you go with.

Is there dyno results of this?

My theory, is with a good tune, a well designed header by a custom header maker and a free flowing exhaust a G35 could fly and be real fast NA.

Every car is choked up stock exhaust systems, cats, and restrivtive headers and Conservative Rich tunes from the factory.

Quad turbonator intake...it only adds about 400 horsepower without a tune but with the tune and you'll be taking down ricers in no time

if you end up getting CAI make sure you get a long a$$ pipe so you can get it to your AC and make it a truly COLD AIR INTAKE like this guy did

Go for a either a ztube/pop charger combo, ztube/stillen airbox combo or the ztube and k&n drop in filter.

Yep! I plan Stillen!

This guy claimed to have picked up his trap! which is basically top end power with this intake, and .1 off his quarter. So this is good evidence to begin wtih that this intake does indeed add power!

And it was an auto! So you can probably pull off more with stick!

Wrong.
The G and Z have pretty good exhaust from the factory so unless you want some bling, or just a different sound you will not see big gains..
Search this, there are a zillion threads on it... Start at the intake side: maybe CAI and a plenum spacer is where you will see your greatest first gains and probably the most bang for your buck!
