hey guys i just wanted to know what everyones opinion of a good y pipe to go along with the magnaflow exhaust system and maybe high flow cats for later....i would go with test pipes but i might have to take the car over seas so i cant right now...any ideas...thanks

note' i would like the car to sound deep not like a ricer or hollow..almost like a v8...

 

good choice on the exhaust if you want to retain close to the stock warble sound. i was thinking about a megan racing or topspeed ypipe. i have no idea about fitment and quality though. the magnaflow was my cheaper exhaust choice coupled with those ypipes, but lack of data has kept me wondering. there's no point in buying an expensive ypipe for that bargain priced exhaust. have you seen the new bassani exhausts on the my350 groupdeals? for about $100+ more than the magnaflow and ypipe you can have a true dual which also replaces the stock ypipe and might fit better. i'm not sure if you like the true dual sound if you chose the magnaflow route however...

 

def saw the bassani group buy but from what i have been hearing is the fitment is crap on these cars...i have a mustang with the bassani 2.5 catback and it sounds amazing and was bolt together...im just worried it wont fit right on the g's.....someone has a video on g35videos i believe its called with just a popcharger and the magnaflow and it sounds sick...but who knows i just need to do a lil more research
