Looks like you saw the 350z thread where they deleted their muffler cannister. Video is blocked at work , I'll listen when I get home. Did you do this mod yourself?

It doesn't sound bad at all. Could be a good alternative for those who want to enhance their stock exhaust a little in terms of just sound.

Though, if he were to get HFC or Test Pipes, I would assume not having mufflers would affect its performance in a bad way. Todays mufflers are actually helpful in terms of performance. But they do obviously quiet the exhaust down for obvious reasons.

Not sure. It varies for different cars. And I haven't seen it done and dyno'd and/or tracked with a VQ35 so far. I guess you'll have to hit the dyno to find out.

I'm guessing it won't be too bad.

This set up is LOUD and sounds sexy as hell. Its with test pipes, the stock cats should REALLY quiet it down. Stock cats are getting installed this saturday. I'll probably miss the loudness.

The drone is insane, but I can handle it as I came from a straight pipe all the way through exhaust v6 acura. Pretty much all the drone will be eliminated with the cats back on.

We couldn't find a road to do a good flyby... maybe next time..

I really need a car wash lol

PS: This set up is probably the loudest i've heard on a G/Z other than open header which makes your entire car vibrate.

On a scale of 1-10 for drone. City would be a 5, highway would be an 8/9. Cruising 40 you can barely hear it, cruising 80mph it will quiet down too.

This is louder than a Top Speed exhaust.
