the cosworth plenum only makes real power on FI aplications and more than one tuner has told me that it has normal gains up top(similar to the MD 5/16) that don't justify the HUGE loses down low(N/A).

If you want the best performing headers, go with Crawford and get the hi temp coating. Unfortunately Crawford headers are the most difficult to install, but they make the best horsepower.

Make sure you really want test pipes. I don't know if you've ever stood next to a car with test pipes, but the exhaust really stinks. I opted for Crawford HFC's and am happy with them.

 

As far as headers go, Nismo for sure if you have the cash, I LOVE MINE.

umm testpipes I think the general consensus is Fast Intestions resonated test pipes.

And the HKS cat-back is my personal favorite out of the major ones people get, but Im running a custom cat-back.
