Until someone can dyno them back to back we may not really know. Both are quality units. Many are waiting for the K&N unit. It may personal choice at this point.

Looking at the stock unit, I will be suprised to see much improvement from any aftermarket intake. Its already a ram-air / cold-air intake design. Just add a K&N filter and your good.
The only gain I could see would be from using either metal or seamless plastic that caused less turbulance than the stock intake. It will be interesting to see what happens one someone independant dynos the various designs.
