Exhaust set-up question

I was wondering if I were to get a full exhaust system such as the HKS or Stillen, does it come with a cat? I want to get high-flow cats but do these systems use the stock ones, come with one, or do I need to purchase a separate one? Would any aftermarket high-flow cat fit any exhaust system? I'm not too sure how this entirely works. Sounds newbie as hell but I had to ask.

most exhausts are sold as "cat-back" meaning it's from the catalytic converter back. Get some high flow cats separately. Which ones? that debate could go on forever.

Hey dude - I just picked up a set of Berk HFC. They sound absolutely awesome. Great price 2.
