Measure the pressure drop across oem MAF THEN decide if you want or need one...
.....Nissan spec is for a 1.7% max [7" WC] restriction at 6500 rpm. A pretty expensive 1 or 1.2 HP [assumming 20% less restriction] if such a thing was available.
