5AT stalling problems, help!

Sorry for the long post, maybe some of you guys can help me out??

I was driving on the highway maybe 50mph and the RPM's of my car dropped to ~500, lost power steering, and the car died. My CEL was on and when I tried to start the engine would turn but not start.

Got it towed home and checked my Popcharger/Z-Tube and plenum spacer, re torqued everything to spec and the car started up fine, drove better than before too. CEL was still on though.

Drove on it for maybe 15 miles the next day to get my CEL read, but when I was cruising around 30mph and the RPM's suddenly dipped again but this time it shot back up to normal but throttle response afterwards was drastically reduced, the VDC Off and Slip light came on. Managed to make it home but could not start the car again. An hour later I checked the TB harness and pushed the wires in a bit and the car started up fine, but just to be safe I had it towed to a repair shop.

Any idea what might be wrong? I spoke to an acquaintance of mine who is an Infiniti tech and he says it sounds like a throttle body issue...any ideas guys?

Car is an 05 5AT with 33k miles on it, meticulously maintained and only mods are JWT PC/z-Tube and 5/16 spacer, both mods were installed about 1.5 months ago and I've had no problems with anything up until now.

Sounds like the same thing that was happening to mine when I was having a throttle body problem. Went through a few manual resets, even had the dealer reset it, and it would still happen almost weekly. Once I swapped the throttle body out, the problem was gone.

I'm really hoping it's a throttle body issue, there weren't any weird noises or smells coming from the engine, exhaust, and no loss of electrical. It was literally just like the engine stopped revving and died.

Also my car had an idle RPM of around 600 before all of this happened, I don't know if that's normal or not but it seemed kind of low to me.

Thanks for your input, I am hoping it is something as easily replaceable as a throttle body (which I'm still covered under warranty for).

also...
- MAF sensor ( did you clean that? )
- maybe vacum leaks
- Re-tight plenum
- if you have a CEL light on, you can go to local autozone and scan it. ( Free charge)

Many members had issue with JWT, try put stock airbox and see.

I didn't think the JWT PC had issues with stalling, just the AEM intake when you put it in neutral while coasting. Also I've had the Popcharger for over a month without any problems...

At this point it is strongly pointing towards the throttle body, but who knows.

Got my car towed to Infiniti and they said it was a problem with the camshaft sensor. Got it fixed for free under warranty. Won't know if the problem is actually fixed for another couple of days when I picked it up cuz I'm getting some other stuff put on, but I'm hoping this whole ordeal is over with at this point.

Big thanks to Infiniti of Annapolis, they are awesome.
