Best Performance Intake, and Exhaust?

What Intake gives the best HP and MPG increase for the G35? Also what exhaust seems to give the best increase in HP and MPG? I'm considering a 2006 G35 Coupe 6-spd, and would like to know what is the best for it? I'm not very concerned about the sound, just the performance, besides I figure the best performing exhaust will sound fine anyway. I was thinking maybe HKS for both, if not what is? Thanks.

Best Intake = Bob's Custom High Flow Rate Cold Air Intake System Deluxe (v 1.3)

Best Exhaust = Pizza Forge cat-back stainless steel system

Best performing intake: oem z-tube, stock airbox with K&N drop-in
Best exhaust: they are all pretty worthless, pick the one that looks and sounds best to you

Ok I have never heard of any of those except K&N. Seriously what is the best cold air intake that is actually known? Those others don't even come up in google. Same for the exhausts.

No, I mean real intakes that actually exist and have been tested to find which is the best.

i know you are a noob, but you need to use the "search" function prior to posting a hot topic item. many topics have been covered to death. intake and exhaust are two of the worst culprits, just as it is on pretty much any car forum.

when asking for what is "best", don't expect to find a consensus. every guy has his own opinion, unless there is hard data (i.e. multiple dyno's, independent testing, etc.). often you will end up more confused then when you started the thread, and you'll also get flamed to add insult to injury. this is fair game because if we have to read the bonehead thread, we might as well get some satisfaction out of the deal.

it's best to do your own research and formulate your own opinion of what is best. if you have specific questions at that point that remain unanswered, then post that question.

As above said they are yanking your chain because you re-asked two of most asked questions on this forum. Tragedycat was the only serious reply.

But seriously, best intake for performance is like tragedycat said: Z-Tube/Stock Airbox/K&N Drop-In Filter.

Best exhaust performance wise will probably be Motordyne's upcoming exhaust products, some dynos have been posted of the Shockwave and it's got some pretty impressive gains for an exhaust.
