Kinetix, CF Cover, Mod. Injen Intake
Kinetix, CF Cover, Mod. Injen Intake
Final pic with Plenum, CF engine cover, HyperGround. and modified Injen intake. I think this combo is much safer than the orig. design of the Injen intake. There is too much risk for water damage from car washing and rain with the orig. s/u.

Very nice indeed!
any problems with clearance around the A/C line?
Is that intake tube readily available?
Once again.............sweet set up you have there.....

Re: Kinetix, CF Cover, Mod. Injen Intake
Thanks for the comments. After the mods the car runs MUCH stronger and maintains the power across the RPM range. Also the sound is now completly different, it sounds very healthy, and pretty loud. I like the sound, some may not.
The set up uses part of the Injen intake from my SC400.
After seeing the post about the AC line I moved the intake 1/4" and placed a protective covering on the line. At the time the line had some slight wear. Since it is thin alumn. I think I spoted it at the right time.
