Is the drone too really just too loud?

Even with the silencer, is it unbearable?

Been looking around at different exhausts, and so far from all the Youtube vids, the Topspeed sounds decent from the outside. With that price too, it seems attractive.

Opinions/your experience are welcome!

 

as a ex-TS exhaust owner, all i can tell you is that you wont be able to hear shlt when you are in your 40 if you decide to have it until whenever you sell the car. but it sounds sick!

 

As a TOPSPEED PRO-1 EXHAUST owner, I will tell you that YES, the low RPM in cabin drone really is almost unbearable. IMO after you pass 3,000+ it isn't that bad anymore. Then again this exhaust sounds SICK WOT!!! Will post vids up soon of my 3inch topspeed exhaust

 

It's a lot louder than sound clips can show. However I've never run mine with the silencer.

 

all you have to do is add some sound deadening material to the inside of your car. Pull your rear seat and add some to the fender wells, which don't have any OEM sound deadening material. also line the trunk and rear side panels.

 

How much would that run me? Also how much of a PITA would it be to do?
