Header Install

Hotel, for some reason I was under the impression you swapped the OEM headers from the HR motor into your DE motor. That's what we were asking about. I'd still like to see and hear your clips when you get them.
Try to get some rest and relax. I know how all day jobs can be...ehhh
Your back and legs must feel like crap right now

I need to start looking more seriously. I guess he overlooked my post when I mentioned OEM HR header swap a back back also.
Either way, its still good info to know on the front end. Now we just need someone whose done this specific mod to chime in and share their own experience

Terry are they for sale? L.O, that is correct. You'll need the supporting HR CATS to complete the swap.
My question is after acquiring everything, would it fit on the D.E motor? Is any customization work needed or is it a straight swap. Finally what gains are to be expected?
I'll contact him later. Hopefully he can come here and share his experience as well.

Dunno if they are for sale yet. I may need them one day if I go back to N/A.
I just talked to GTM regarding the stock HR headers off my sedan. I was told that they should indeed fit up to the motor and clearance should not be a problem BUT the flange going to the cat is different. One would need an HR test pipe, HR stock cat, or HFC to work.
