Just wondering if anyone on the forum had this exhaust?? And if so was it easy to install or was it a headache?? I just wanted to get an input on the exhaust because tax time is coming up and ill have some dinero...Tell me all that you guys know about this exhaust!! thanks

 

top speed is a good company, the exhaust sounds good...think someone on the marketplace is selling his...check it out

 

a lot of owners complain of lots of drone but i havent heard one personally, i wanted one judging from the youtube videos but now im not sure either.

 

well its my summer car and right now in the winter i drive it about every two to three days to keep her up but im not too worried about the noise...my "winter car" is a 93 probe with full skunk2 mega power exhaust...im not worried about droning lol

 

my car is my summer car too and i had the n1 with stock cats on and it was ALWAYS the loudest car at the g35/350z meets and the drone when you first take off and when you cruise on highway speeds is at the point of it being unbearable which is why i sold it. LOVEDDDDD the sound but enough was enouhg... Tanabe hyper FTW!

 

hmm would anyone with a top speed mind making a video to try to give prospective buyers an idea about how bad it is. in car preferably.

It sounds to me like this is the most common exhaust to be sold after using it lol.. i had it on my car for about 5 months and then I got the invidia g200 catback. I have to say that I love the invidia 100X more than the topspeed even though it was only a $100 difference after cashback and the money I spent on the topspeed titanium tips. I would say, don't waste your time, money, and effort on this exhaust. I'm not saying it's bad, I would just recommend you reconsider and look at other options. I know I loved the sound of it, but it was unbearable to drive for longer than 20 minutes and it gave me headaches

okay so i can guess what droning is but i wanna be sure.. i need some kinda definition.. otherwise i dont get it.. ppl are complaining because the exhaust is too loud?

oh and btw for anybody who has the exhaust installed.. any tickets come from the noise?

 

nothing a lil dynamat in the back of your car cant cure!!!!ive done full systems and just rememberd that...when you really dynamat the full back of your car the droning isnt really noticable...forgot thats what i did with the ford

 

well havin the exhaust on my car right now...IMO it sounds like SEX.
You get used to the drone, people will hate riding in your car. lol.
its loud, so your car will attract attention .
ill post a vid tonight.
and when i said it will attract attention that included cops.
all in all, i love the exhaust i get compliments ALL the time, it has a nice deep tone to it, and roars when you get on it.

get it if you want your car to sound like a POS civic

 

It sounds nothing like a civic Maybe you should clean your ears out. I dont hate mine, I love it, i never get sick of the drone, its music to my ears.
