It's probably more like putting the HKS Hiper on a 300ZX... do it if you want to sound (and look as is the case with the Hiper) like a ricer.

It ruins the perfect sound of the G exhaust.

You get used to the drone, people will hate riding in your car. lol.
its loud, so your car will attract attention .
ill post a vid tonight.
and when i said it will attract attention that included cops.
all in all, i love the exhaust i get compliments ALL the time, it has a nice deep tone to it, and roars when you get on it.
if your gonna post a video up please have one from inside the car.. i wanna hear this infamous drone.. wats wit ppls mind.. whats the point of having the exhaust ( performance aside) if u dont want it to cause attention

Theirs a difference between good vs bad attention. Just cause a girl is staring at you doesn't mean she thinks you look good lol.

Good sound versus rice sound is the main issue. An exhaust does more than just change the sound, such as flow and scavenging. I had a 300ZX with Greddy SP exhaust, and I replaced that POS to regain the low-rpm torque that was lost through a wide open exhaust due to poor scavenging. And I didn't get freaky looks from anyone anymore(especially cops).

I think a satin/matte black would be a good contrast.

I agree. Matte or flat looks like it was sprayed with krylon... but this coming from a guy that's not a fan of black wheels, unless they have a nice polished lip.

So anyone who actually has this exhaust feel slight loss in torque?

Just want to be sure...Top speed is a single 3" from y-pipe back to muffler to dual tips.

Meaning you probably lost some torque on the Top Speed.
Im sure its not more than 3-5ft/lbs.
Why did you swap Top-Speed for Invidia?
Im guessing you had 3" version elayman?
thanks for inputs
