But probably as effective as the plastic box that comes from the factory, and it retains the factory intake port, which is nice.

Just do the Z-Tube and drop-in filter. A Popcharger isn't all bad, definitely not as big of a loss as cold air intakes, but you'll still lose a bit of response over the stock box.

Get the Stillen if you want aftermarket. It has a better heat shield than the JWT.

I don't think the popcharger heat shield is even close to stock. Maybe the stillen. Unless you just want to hear the intake. The Z tube Rev up airbox & k&n is best bang for buck intake mod.

i tried explaining this to the op. but he wanted popcharger. OP get the revup box its only like 90 new from Riverside Infiniti.

much better than popcharger. it doesnt get the popcharger sound but it gets the grunt sound.

Just curious - do you have any dyno sheets to back this up? What technical advantage does the stock airbox have over the JWT popcharger?

Nice picture!

Unless you have heavily modified your engine, the OEM intake with a Z-Tube and K&N filter makes the most power.

If you don't have the air box with the larger venturi shown in the picture above, it is worthwhile getting it too.
