poop charger question

Mine has a slight hiss to it. Sounds cool to me, never a bother.

Pretty sure the sound is coming from further up in the intake and the filterbox/cone just lets more or less of it out.

You are hearing the frequency of each cylinders gulp of air:
3 glups per revolution [rpm] so at 4,000 rpm ~ 66.66 x 3= 199.99 Hertz and its harmonics.

i have the poop charger and ztube right now, and am considering going to k&n if im losing power... how does the k&n sound compared the the poop charger?

well i know the drop in k&n filter in the stock box does not whistle.
