just gut the injen exhuast, but's kinda loud will resonators help? what about cherry bombs would it sound like crap. it's also tuned would have to have retuned?

 

The Injen is by far one the loudest exhausts. It's sound resembles the HKS setup. I don't think there is too much that can be done to try and tone it down.

 

its already has resonator and mufflers. sell and buy a borla.

If you just installed it...put some miles on it first and break it in. It'll tone down a bit and drone a little less. If after that you still think it's too loud, then you should probably sell it and get a quieter one.

 

You can add in an X-Pipe. That should tone down the sound a bit.

I wouldn't put cherry bombs on the G , but maybe give it some time so you can get use to the new exhaust , from all the Injen exhaust systems I heard they sound pretty good and in the car you might have to get use to but it didn't bother me , and ya if you have it for a while and its still to loud you can sell it and check out the invidia or tanabe exhaust those sound pretty good and are not a loud as the injen

 

where would i put an x-pipe on before the first resnoators looks like theres very litte room or on the mid pipe?

 

Well instead of the H pipe that comes with the injen system you would replace it with the x pipe

 

would these be a good choice as far as noise reduction, will it also change the sound?

 

I would say that the x pipe would change the tone , but as far a noise reduction its still going to be loud, like the x pipe from what I've heard it do to the exhaust tone is make it higher pitch and sometimes raspy

 

i guess i'll just have to sell it.
