1)65k
2) I own a few sets of tools and did it at the shop on base so I had full access to any tool I could need. Most bolts are a 14mm, there are a couple 12mm, 10mm and 2 8mm. o2 sensors are 7/8. You can do it with a good socket/ratchet set. Ratchet wrenches help but are not necessary. A 3/8 breaker bar will come in handy as well. Other than that you should be good.

3) no sounds clips, I will try to get some this weekend.

when do you plan to install these? Do you have a baseline dyno to compare for gains or losses (hopefully not)

Looking forward to seeing how this works out. Might be interested. I'm guessing you'll need a tune after this, well asking more then guessing lol.

I'll be out of town monday I wish that I could help you out. If you can make some sound clips or vids of your exhaust before you install the headers.

If they perform this would be so huge for Megan. You cant beat that price, i saw them for $325 shipped! on hopupracing dot com even after you get them coated they'll still be half the price of the competition. Race headers combined with a tune will usually net huge gains however you really should do a baseline though to check the power band. Many headers have a negative effect on low end power. A baseline, header, header+tune dyno would be the best. I would ask Megan to sponsor the dynos since you're the first I know of to pioneer their headers in this market + if they perform they'll have many new customers.
