New plenum (kinetix) or just md spacer?

just like the title..im thinking about getting either kinetix plenum or md spacer (5/16)
which will give you more hp?
I know having both is stupid and waste of money (from my knowledge by searching the forum).
So which one?
and if its spacer, what size?
oh yeah.. for NA, not FI..

this is an easy decision.....get the md spacer.

As far as size, it depends on whether you want more hp or if you want to still use your engine cover. The 5/16 allows you to still use the engine cover while still getting a good hp increase. The larger spacers allow slightly more hp but you'll never tell the difference, it'll be so small. I also recommend the md product because Tony the owner/developer is a great guy to deal with.

I bought one of the first 3/8' spacers....this was the size prior to the 5/16. md made the change to the 5/16 so it could be used with the thermal isolating gasket to help prevent heat transfer to the plenum from the engine.

I have been very pleased with mine for 4 years.

Do u have the revup engine?
revup - MREV2 & 5/16" spacer.
Non-revup - spacer (not sure which size is best).

Kinetix SSV is a piece of shiet, use the search and look for it. People been bashing on it since back in the days. I use to have the Kinetix Plenum, then I switched over to Motordyne, and I suggest you with my experience of having both, get Motordyne!!!! When i had Supercharger, my kinetix plenum was bloating up and at high rpms it bloats super abnormally big and the middle starts to pop in and out and it looks as if it's literally about to blow LOL

I am debating which size spacer to get. Sorry OP to thread jack but I dont know which one 5/16 or 1/2 from MD of course. I dont really care about the engine cover because I plan to get a polished plenum from SxExCx anyways so thats not a factor to me.

MD spacer is more bang for the buck.
