I hav a question to all the G owners that had installed the 5/16th copper isothermal spacer.

The copper piece I know you have to connect two hose but I dont know which two? Can someone help me with this please. I would greatly appreciate it.

 

By the throttle body there are 2 coolent hoses, these 2 hoses are what ya connect to the copper piece. This is so only the throttle body is heated to prevent freezing and NOT the whole plenum which would equal less power, which no body wants. Hope this helped.

 

thank you for chimming in. I just havent put it in cause i did not have the correct tools. Would it matter if I havent put it in yet and wait till winter comes around?

 

all you need are 5mm allen wrench, pliers and a screwdriver (oh and a 10mm socket for the intake tube bracket).
