headers won't get you much and they'll run you a lot of $$

intake won't get you anything significant

plenum spacer and mrev2 would be good for like 20-30 whp for under 600

There's only one company I'd go to for spacer/mrev2 that's MotorDyne, they created solution for Nissans design error. 661-993-5111 That along with a good intake/z-tube you will have maxed out what you can do to improve an NA G35. (bolt ons) Intake, I love my Stillen CAI and Z-Tube combination....

I'm hoping I read that wrong because intake, z-tube, and spacer/MREV2 does not max out the bolt on potential for this car...

MREV 2 Manifold TM - The undisputed king of bolt on power.

A universal manifold modification for use on any VQ35-DE engine. When used with or without a spacer or aftermarket upper plenum, this lower plenum will make substantial power gains.

Multiple independent test show when used with a 5/16" spacer on the revup engine, the combination will add a "minimum" of 15+ HP and 18+ TQ in the upper midrange. Many independent MREV 2 Manifold REVUP tests have dynod in excess of 20HP and 30 TQ in the upper midrange and with high RPM peak power increased by 3-5 HP.

The MREV2 is a prerequisite to the plenum spacer when used on a revup engine. No other normally aspirated VQ modification provides as much gain as the MREV 2 Manifold!

so woops, maybe 20 hp

intake and MD spacer is not maxing out NA G35 when it comes to "bolt ons". When it comes to actually making the car faster there are few other things that have proven to work on DE engines. Believe it or not intake is not one of them. If it is, then it makes as much difference as dynoing the car a day appart.

MD spacer, Mrev2, z-tube, exhaust, testpipes/hfc, headers, tune and final drive will yield you very good gains and make the car much faster.
