No, most people are NOT skeptical about these products.

And no, you will not beat a supercharged Z with an NA G

Using the search button appropriately would be a nice start to modifying the VQ.

One last question to add. What do we think about a super chip? so in total that would be borla exhaust(already installed) mrev 2, 5/16 spacer, and the super chip. Good or bad?

Technically, if the Supercharged Z had a stock block, he'd be putting down about 350 to the wheels... a built na motor and more agressive final drive gearing would take care of that.

I highly doubt someone deciding between headers and an intake is referring to a full NA engine build.

And even so, I have a hard time seeing a built NA VQ take a 350 whp Z. If so, that would be one very expensive NA build.

Look up Osiris UpRev or Cobb AccessPORT. They might be a bit more expensive, but they're much more worth it.

IMO, if you want power on a budget, I'd say skip the exhaust and get the MREV2, 5/16 spacer, and either UpRev or AccessPORT. But if you must have an exhaust, get that and then take your time to save up for an ECU reflash so you won't need to get retuned. The exhaust will help open everything up a bit more for a bit more power, not to mention that such a simple mod will mess up a dyno tune, so I won't say it's completely useless.

Like everyone has suggested: 5/16th Spacer, MREV2, TestPipes (loud though), Osiris tune. Should be well under $1500.
