The Magnuson-Moss Act only applies to Nissan since they have provided the warranty!
The dealer is free to refuse to deal with you as a customer PERIOD!
Nissan can punish dealers but this is very very limited by your states Franchise Laws.
As noted by current GM situation only a bankruptcy can actually remove or modify dealer contact with Nissan.

This is good clarification, thank you. However, most of the issues we've been talking about have to do with the warranty itself, not the dealer. The dealer can't get the warranty voided because the M-M Act prevents that, they can only refuse to work on the vehicle. But they've been doing the opposite, working on the vehicle and getting the warranty voided.

ok so i just took it out yesterday and i was racing one of my freinds, just small stuff 0-100, he drives a 2009 dodge challenger R/T. i won every time by about half a car legnth or more. the spacers paired up with the redone intake has really opened up my car, and its awsome.

thanks to all the advice you guys have given me, and thanks agian to glex for the help on the install and advice hed given me.

highly recommmend both glex and the spacers if your looking for a good upgrade for a small amount. i definatly feel the difference

thanks agian to all who posted in this thread.
