Drone on stock exhaust??

This weekend, my car got noticebly louder in cabin..... not sure if it's louder outside. I only have a z-tube which was installed last year and everything else is stock. I looked online and people refer to this as a "drone", loud audible montone sound in cabin between 2K-3K RPM.....

Only thing I can think of is hole in exhaust or something wrong with my cat which I really hope not.....

Any experience with this anyone? Thanks

It could be that you have a blown cat....have you seen bits and pieces of ceramic material lately around your rear tips or while working underneath your car?
