sounds good bro. Are you going to do the (altima)fatboy tips that DaveB started?

If I ever go back to coupe midpipe + stock exhaust, I WILL do that b/c the stock tips are soooo lame.

Sounds nice man!! So if I understand correctly, you have this and it runs through the stock muffler? That sounds a little weird, but maybe I misunderstood what 'everything else is stock' meant.

Looking at your link to the Magnaflow, it lists 3 1/2" inlet and outlet pipes. I know you said you got one similar to the listing, what size are the pipes on your new muffler?

Thanks for looking out.

This (in place of stock resonator/mid pipe) then out to my stock muffler.

It's 2.5 in and 2.5 out I think. The inside is probably about 2.5 but the outside I would say is about 4" and a little bit.

It's been wet all week so I haven't had a chance get it up on ramps and get some photos but tomorrow is supposed to be nice.

What do I copy and paste for an actual image so I don't have to link to photobucket?

Sounds amazing, definitely what I'm looking to get myself. So after 10 days, still the same feeling about low/no real drone at idle and manageable sounding when driving?

Yea the recording is pretty bad, it sounds a lot deeper in person. You can also here the idle sound in person, the video had trouble getting that.

Gsedan; Yea for sure, I've actually gotten super use to it and think it could go a little louder haha. The only drone there is, which is very very minimal is around 1500RPM and you can still barely hear that. If the stereo is over 10 you don't hear it at all. On the highway, no drone what so ever.

Thanks for the compliments

So, how do you tell a muffler shop how to do this? Is the whole midpipe section replaced? Could you go back to stock without hacking and welding? Sorry for all the questions -- I just really like that sound.

I really want to do the Magnaflow resonator and some sort of aftermarket muffler, but my wife won't approve unless it can be done pretty cheaply and can easily go back to stock!
