Arrow Next Step for my Exhaust?

Quick question: I have a Greddy Evo2 catback on my 03 sedan, but it really isn't loud enough for me at low RPMs; if i throw on a Y pipe (like a stillen), will the sound get deeper/louder? What do you guys reccomend I do (assuming I keep the catback)? Should I get hi flow cats? Will these result in power gains or louder sound? Thanks in advance.

Would a Y-pipe help? (in terms of an increase in sound?)
