I feel like I've heard of the HKS clones possibly having rust problems. I might have read this ages ago and might be pulling it out of my a$$ but please correct me if I'm wrong, don't wanna have a rusty exhaust in nasty foggy san francisco! Otherwise, I'm on the bandwagon for VIIIIDDDSSSS!!!

The earlier generation clones had problems, due to complaints the company that makes them claims to have upgraded to T304 stainless. But like anything, when you neglect metal, it will always have that potential to corrode. Clean it like you would your car to keep all the harmful contaminants off.

ive had the same exhaust for like a year now, i love it for the same reasons as everyone else. I hadnt done any research on it prior to buying it which was a bit foolish on my part. im just kind of hesitant to buy test pipes for it because i think it might be over doing it. i dont like those loud obnoxious exhausts. if i DO ad the test pipes what kind of sound diff should i expect?

Def louder, you might want to go with high flow cats.

You will get some rasp with the testpipes. As far as high flow cats, you have kinetix, fast intentions, and a couple others, you will have to search.
